Vijayadashmi celebrations in Sishubhavan play school

Vijayadashami, also known as Dussehra, is a Hindu festival celebrated with great enthusiasm and significance in India and other parts of the world with Hindu communities. It typically falls in the month of September or October, on the tenth day (Dashami) of the bright half of the Hindu lunar calendar month of Ashwin. Vijayadashami commemorates the victory of Lord Rama over the demon king Ravana in the epic Hindu mythological tale of the Ramayana. It symbolizes the triumph of good (Lord Rama) over evil (Ravana) and reinforces the idea that righteousness and truth will ultimately prevail. In various regions, Vijayadashami is dedicated to the worship of Goddess Saraswati, the Hindu goddess of knowledge, music, arts, and learning. Students and artists seek her blessings to excel in their respective fields. Vijayadashami is considered an auspicious day to begin new ventures, whether it's starting a business, learning a new skill, or commencing formal education. People seek the blessings of the divine and embark on new journeys with optimism and hope. Apart from its religious and mythological significance, Vijayadashami is celebrated with various cultural events, processions, and fairs. Traditional dances, music, and folk performances are an integral part of the festivities. Custom of Exchanging Gifts: It is customary to exchange gifts and sweets with loved ones during Vijayadashami. This symbolizes goodwill, love, and the sharing of joy with others. Many people choose to engage in acts of charity and giving during Vijayadashami as a way of demonstrating compassion and sharing their blessings with those less fortunate. On 24.10.2023 the Kids and their families celebrated Vijayadashmi in Sishubhavan play school. Parents admitted their kids in the play school. The Prime Trust Founder and Managing Director Mr. S.M. Ayudha Pooja celebrations in Janani Home

Ayudha Pooja celebrations in Janani Home Ayudha Pooja, also known as Ayudha Puja, is a Hindu festival celebrated primarily in South India, especially in the states of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala. The festival typically falls on the ninth day (Navami) of the Navaratri festival, which usually occurs in September or October. The primary purpose of Ayudha Pooja is to pay homage and offer prayers to the tools, instruments, and vehicles that people use in their daily lives. In some households and workplaces, images or idols of deities are also worshipped. People believe that by performing Ayudha Pooja, they invoke divine blessings for the tools and instruments, which in turn can lead to greater success and prosperity in their work and daily life. In schools and educational institutions, Ayudha Pooja is also observed as an occasion to pay respect to books, musical instruments, and other tools related to education. Students often keep their books and study materials in front of deities and seek blessings for success in their studies. Prime Trust conducts Breast Cancer Awareness Camp

Prime Trust conducts Breast Cancer Awareness Camp Breast cancer awareness camps play a crucial role in promoting early detection, education, and support for individuals affected by breast cancer. Breast cancer, when detected early, is often more treatable and has a higher survival rate. Awareness camps encourage women to perform regular self-examinations and undergo routine screenings, such as mammograms, which can detect cancer in its early stages. These camps provide valuable information about breast cancer, its risk factors, symptoms, and prevention. Education is essential to dispel myths and misconceptions, and to empower individuals with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions about their health. Breast cancer awareness camps empower individuals to take control of their health by promoting self-examinations and regular check-ups. This proactive approach can lead to earlier diagnosis and better outcomes. Awareness camps help reduce the stigma associated with breast cancer, which can encourage individuals to seek help and share their concerns without fear of judgment or discrimination. These camps often emphasize the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise, a balanced diet, and reducing risk factors like smoking and excessive alcohol consumption. These lifestyle changes can help reduce the risk of developing breast cancer. By encouraging women to be vigilant about their breast health, awareness camps can lead to early intervention and potentially less aggressive treatment options when cancer is detected. Overall, breast cancer awareness camps are instrumental in reducing the impact of breast cancer by promoting early detection, education, support, and advocacy. They play a significant role in improving outcomes and the quality of life for individuals affected by breast cancer. On 07.10.2023 Prime Trust in hands with Vel dental team conducted a breast cancer awareness camp in Janani Home, Colas Nagar. The Vel dental team provided a talk about the symptoms of breast cancer, early detection and the necessity to seek medical help early. The participants cleared their doubts. The women from the nearby locality, Rasu Udayar Thottam and the staff of Prime Trust took part in the camp. #Primetrust,#Indiavolunteercare,#indiavolunteercaretoursandtravels, #Akshayaselfhelpgroupsconfederation,#Aadharaprojectforhomeless, #Akshayatailoringcentre,#Sishubhavanplayschool,#Primetrustremedialschools, #Jananihomeforgirls,#Primetrustruralhealthmission,#Primetrustchildsponsorshipprogram, #Primetrustruralwaterandsanitationproject, #Primetrustchildrensparliament, #Puducherry,#Volunteers, #VolunteeringinPuducherry, #CovidPandemic,#Awarenessgeneration
