Accomplishments of women after receiving microcredit from Prime Trust With the support of GlobalGiving, Prime Trust was able to help one of their beneficiaries, Mrs. Gayathri (36 yrs) social science graduate of the Akshaya Punnagai Pookal self help group at Muthialpet with Rs.20,000/- to buy her own tailoring machine. The financial assistance helped her to have an income on her own by sewing dresses for others. Her husband Mr. Dakshanamoorthi (41yrs) is an electrician. Her two sons are doing schooling. The income from her small tailoring business helps them repay her loan.
