Ottankaduvetti is a small Village/hamlet in Kanai Block in Villupuram District of Tamil Nadu State, India. It comes under Mambazhapattu Panchayath.
Visiting women's self-help groups (SHGs) in a village is of significant importance for various reasons, as it can have far-reaching positive impacts on both the individuals involved and the community as a whole. On 09.09.2023 the Prime Trust Founder Mr.S.M. Arasu visited two women Self help groups in the Ottankaduvetti village. The founder interacted with the women about the activities done through Prime Trust for the welfare of the community and the microcredit provided to SHGs. Health camp has been planned to be conducted in the village after discussing with the community leaders. Starting a tuition center for the school children has also been proposed. The visit has enabled Prime Trust to establish rapport with the people in the village. Prime Trust looks forward to work with the people of Ottankaduvetti village.
